Servers for the Midwest Connections redundancy system have arrived and are currently undergoing the setup process. The duplicate servers will allow for the maximization of subscribers’ bandwidth allotment. In addition, duplicate servers will aid in improving the overall reliability of Speedwave(SM) customers’ wireless Internet service.

The goal of system redundancy has been in the works for several months and Midwest Connections is excited to have completed another milestone. Over the next few months, technicians will be climbing towers, adding equipment and making the service better than ever.

When snow is on the ground and rooftops, service calls and installations may be delayed if the weather will not allow for technicians to safely assess the connection’s problem.  

If a service call is needed, please be assured technicians will be deployed as soon as is safely possible. Midwest Connections appreciates your patience throughout the winter months.
