Actual downstream and upstream throughput speeds will vary based on factors including but not limited to hardware configuration and network traffic. The downstream and upstream access speed is measured between the interface device (Radio unit or DSL modem) at customer's location and the providing Midwest Connections data center. Bandwidth Upgrade packages (Standard, Premium, Gold and Platinum) are available only to wireless customers with signal strength qualifying for increased bandwidth. Service may not be available in all areas.
