Power cycling the equipment simply means disconnecting the outside equipment (the radio) and your router (if you are using one) from power for 20-30 seconds and then reconnecting them.  Doing this causes the devices to perform a restart and request updated information from our tower systems.  This simple procedure will restore service in many cases.

Depending upon the equipment that is installed at your location, the appearance of the power supply for the radio (sometimes referred to as a "power injector") can vary.  Following are pictures of the common power supply units used by Midwest Connections along with notes which identify the various cables used and where they connect.
